POSITION: Ramp Service Agent - Driver/Equipment Operator
Grant Aviation is looking for Ramp Service Agents with strong driving skills and a safety-first mindset to join our team. This position plays a key role in our ground and ramp operations, shuttling passengers, and operating a variety of other equipment.
Because driving is such a major part of the role, you must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
If you like staying active, don't mind the outdoors, and feel comfortable handling vehicles and equipment, this could be a great fit! You'll help keep things moving on the ramp while providing friendly support to the passengers and your team.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Safely shuttle passengers to and from airport facilities.</li><li>
Operate ground service equipment, including passenger vehicles, loaders, tugs, and forklifts.</li><li>
Assist with customer service issues.</li><li>
Assist passengers with special needs.</li><li>
Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo.</li><li>
Process inbound and outbound mail shipments.</li><li>
Process various reports and computer data input.</li><li>
Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone.</li><li>
Complete other duties as required by management.</li></ul> 
What You Bring:<ul><li>
Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment with strong situational awareness.</li><li>
Deliver friendly, positive customer interactions.</li><li>
Use basic computer systems and learn new systems quickly.</li><li>
Clear verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.</li><li>
Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Meet all requirements to work in the U.S. and pass a 10-year background check.</li><li>
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.</li></ul>
