We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and an excellent phone presence, who will react well to a fast-paced environment with a team mentality. A reliable, professional individual with attention to detail and great organizational skills to provide scheduling support to a growing company. This position requires excellent data entry skills, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with customers and team members. 
The position of the Customer Service Representative/Dispatch will be responsible for answering and making phone calls, scheduling, dispatching technicians to jobs and processing permits. In addition, the position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.

Daily Duties:
<ul>
<li>Answer telephones</li>
<li>Respond to email correspondence</li>
<li>Communicate with field team members</li>
<li>Enter data completely and properly and file paperwork</li>
<li>Perform general clerical duties associated with an office environment</li>
<li>Support fellow staff members</li>
<li>Obtain and organize permits</li>
<li>Scheduling calls</li>
<li>Anticipate and mitigate conflicts in allocations of resources before it affects the client&rsquo;s experience.</li>
<li>Routing and dispatching technicians</li>
<li>Following up and communicating with customers</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Advanced customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Organized</li>
<li>Geographical knowledge of service area is a bonus</li>
<li>Knowledge of industry is a bonus</li>
<li>Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience</li>
<li>Communication skills</li>
<li>Operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.</li>
<li>Develop knowledge of product lines, prices, various marketing promotional services, and similar</li>
<li>CRM Software experience is a bonus</li></ul>
