<div>As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for organic growth with current sales accounts along with a major focus on growing sales through new customer acquisition. It is required to have sign sales experience, as you need to be an expert in the organization&rsquo;s products and services so that you can offer the full suite of offerings to customer accounts. You need to demonstrate excellence in customer satisfaction, have and improve sales techniques and skills, be a partner to General manager, account managers, customer service teams and most importantly, production teams. We want to keep a focus on looking and finding new sales opportunities as well as having account relationships and maintaining accounts to support organic growth.
This role focuses on permitted signs, wall and floor graphics, interior and exterior signs that will flow through the Graphik divisional unit. This role needs to develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients to increase revenue. Ensures that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs. Responsible for providing sales quotations as well as sustaining and renewing client contracts. Recommended to have at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships to increase sales within accounts. Achieving both Sales and performance goals.</li><li>
Typically has specific accounts to manage and grow with Year over Year improvements.</li><li>
Partner with organizational leaders and General Managers to develop marketing campaigns and sales activities and events that will drive sales growth and identify new clients.</li><li>
Look for new sales opportunities, meeting external sales goals.</li><li>
Plan sales programs and overcome objections.</li><li>
Identify influences for customer buying behavior, assist negotiations.</li><li>
Identify new accounts or prospects where possible.
</li><li>Deals are typically more consultative customer solutions with a mid to long length sales cycle.</li><li>
Understanding current customer base, types of companies, industries, business products, and services offered.</li><li>
Grow and develop existing accounts by finding more opportunities to increase our market share.</li><li>
Work with sales support team and assign work to those in sales support to help with order entry, project coordination and other task driven activities that take away from sales activities.</li><li>
Coordinate and collaborate with sales support teams to follow-up on quotes, identify customer opportunities, use sales technology and reviewing accounts that have not ordered for at least 6 months.</li><li>
Reach the monthly sales goal of $83,334.</li><li>
Partner with leaders in a variety of roles in the organization to support processes, department requirements, workflows and initiatives that support meeting customer expectations.
</li><li>Keeping current on pricing strategies and customer billing procedures.</li><li>
Problem solves to help customers grow their business.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of how products are produced.</li><li>
MIS understanding to get orders entered correctly by working with sales support team members.</li><li>
Be able up sale additional products/solutions.</li><li>
Work well with senior sales management, location leaders and other sales team members to help grow organizational sales.</li><li>
Ensure that monthly KPI&rsquo;s are being monitored and achieved, such as gross margin, estimate conversion, average order values, and customer satisfaction measurements.</li></ul>
Abilities
<ul><li>Have sign industry experience</li><li>
Previous 4+ years sales experience in account management &ndash; relationship-based selling</li><li>
Proficiency in: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe required</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>

Ability to collaborate with team members</li><li>
Ability to set and meet deadlines</li><li>

Position Details
<ul><li>Full Time &ndash; Base salary plus commission based on experience and compensation mix.</li><li>
Day Shift &ndash; Monday through Friday 8am-5pm &ndash; there may be hours outside of normal times to support and find customers, travel as needed.</li><li>
Position is not a remote position.
