Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Coordinate daily load planning, scheduling, dispatching, and equipment tracking</li><li>
Resolve service failures and delivery exceptions</li><li>
Coordinate appointments with customers, terminals, and warehouses</li><li>
Track load status and provide customer updates</li><li>
Ensure timely completion of PODs and billing documentation</li><li>
Support drivers, process pay, and assist with performance and compliance</li><li>
Enter orders, communicate with customers, and track load costs</li><li>
Audit vendor invoices and support vendor coordination</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Minimum 1+ year transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience</li><li>
Experience with trucking and freight operations preferred</li><li>
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadline pressure</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>
Experience working with drivers and customers in a service environment</li><li>
Intermediate Excel skills preferred
