Job Title: CashierJob Summary: We are looking for a friendly and reliable cashier to join our team. The cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience, and maintaining accurate records of sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.</li><li>Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.</li><li>Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and provide correct change to customers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales and refunds.</li><li>Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments or staff.</li><li>Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels at the cash register and report low stock to management.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.</li><li>Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and safety.</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in transactions.</li><li>Friendly and approachable attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to stand for long periods.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Retail setting, fast-paced.</li><li>Interaction with customers and team members.</li></ul>Benefits:ESI / EPF BenefitsFree UniformsQualification: 10th to Any DegreeIt is a Full-Time job for candidates with 6 Months - 3 years of experience.Salary: Full Time &ndash; 14k to 16k Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
