Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong background in Sheetrock &amp; Painting, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock repairs/finishing and minor electrical.</li><li>Engage in residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance shops.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in maintenance roles.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and equipment safely.</li><li>Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting.</li><li>Previous experience is a must, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a team setting.</li><li>Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members.
