Our pieces are proudly carried in prestigious institutions including Longwood Gardens, the Guggenheim, and Cheekwood Estate &amp; Gardens.We are looking for a creative Social Media &amp; Affiliate Manager with a strong eye for product storytelling - someone who knows how to feature our jewelry and can grow our affiliate partnerships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create engaging reels and short-form video content that showcases our products</li><li>Highlight product features, details, and craftsmanship in a way that captivates and converts</li><li>Develop scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest</li><li>Plan and manage our content calendar</li><li>Establish and manage affiliate program through various affiliate platforms</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and brand advocates</li><li>Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand aesthetic</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience creating reels and short-form video for a product-based brand</li><li>A strong eye for showcasing and highlighting physical products on camera</li><li>Skilled in shooting, editing, and styling content</li><li>Experience managing or growing an affiliate, ambassador, or influencer network</li><li>Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends</li><li>Organized, self-directed, and able to work independently</li></ul>CompensationThis role begins as a part-time position at 16&ndash;20 hours per week at $22 per hour, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.Location- In person (43 Summer Street, Somerville, MA)Pay: $22.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Somerville, MA 02143 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
