The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety standards on-site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.</li><li>Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams, addressing issues as they arise.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.</li><li>Site Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and safety audits.</li><li>Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>5 to 20 years of experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
