The role ensures accurate allocation of invoices and receipts, timely billing as per agreed payment terms, effective collections, and adherence to SLAs while maintaining high-quality reporting and governance.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Allocate daily work to the AR team, manage deliverables, and ensure SLAs as per SOW</li><li>Oversee cash application and accurate allocation of receipts to customer accounts</li><li>Raise invoices/bills in Oracle as per agreed timelines</li><li>Manage customer master data and ensure data integrity</li><li>Handle collections, credit management, dunning processes, and write-offs</li><li>Process Journal Entries (JE) in GL / SL / Control Accounts</li><li>Prepare, maintain, and periodically update SOPs</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly governance decks and operational reports</li><li>Identify system issues and recommend process improvements</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Mandatory: B.Com (Graduation compulsory)</li><li>Good to Have: M.Com</li><li>Certifications: Lean certification (optional but preferred)</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Capabilities<ul><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel</li><li>Working knowledge of Excel Macros and MS Access database creation</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle (Accounts &amp; Finance modules)</li><li>Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes</li></ul>Language &amp; Communication<ul><li>Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English</li><li>Able to interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong customer empathy and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under pressure</li><li>High energy, self-motivated, and accountable</li><li>Effective communicator across diverse teams and stakeholders</li></ul>Analytical &amp; Organizational Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and observation skills</li><li>Excellent time management and ownership of tasks</li><li>Ability to meet tight SLAs and deadlines</li><li>High-quality written communication for governance and reporting</li></ul>Business Acumen<ul><li>7&ndash;10 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash (O2C)</li><li>Strong understanding of AR metrics, collections, billing, and cash flow impact</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Willingness to work in New Zealand Shift</li><li>Flexible with working hours</li><li>Positive attitude and business-focused mindset</li><li>Advanced Excel knowledge preferred</li><li>5 days Work From Office is mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold a B.Com degree?</li><li>Are you willing to work 5 days a week from the Kolkata office?</li><li>Are you comfortable working in a New Zealand shift</li><li>How many total years of experience do you have in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash (O2C)?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in a people management or managerial role within AR?</li><li>What is the largest team size you have managed?</li><li>Have you worked on Oracle (AR / Finance modules)?
