(LPC, LCSW etc)<ul><li>Licensed mental health professional</li><li>Provisionally licensed professional counselor</li><li>Provisionally licensed marriage and family therapist</li><li>Licensed master social worker</li><li>Certified social worker</li></ul>Must satisfy criminal background check and drug screening as defined by state requirements.
