We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position offering growth opportunities within a collaborative and professional work environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and file Sales Tax and Tangible Property Tax</li><li>Process 1099s and 1042 / 1042-S</li><li>Handle Annual Reports</li><li>Manage Payroll and Multi-State Payroll</li><li>Work with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English and Spanish</li><li>Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of the responsibilities listed above</li><li>Well-rounded understanding of accounting principles</li><li>Knowledge of Accrual basis vs. Cash basis accounting</li><li>GAAP experience is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop &amp; Online</li><li>Required to attend client visits as needed</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Full-time, hourly position</li><li>Overtime compensation in accordance with applicable labor laws</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li><li>Work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Health, vision, dental, and life insurance</li><li>401(k)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Coral Gables, FL 33134
