With 60% focus on social media management and 40% on digital campaign execution, the role demands a professional who has worked with agency-style, fast-paced environments, handled large-scale content calendars, and executed high-value real estate campaigns.The ideal candidate must blend content creativity with data-driven strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning while delivering leads and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (60%)<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.</li><li>Manage content calendars, ensuring regular posting with strong storytelling aligned with real estate and lifestyle branding.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, video teams, and agencies to create high-quality content (reels, stories, campaigns, influencer tie-ups).</li><li>Build community engagement by monitoring trends, responding to followers, and creating interactive campaigns.</li><li>Drive paid social media campaigns for both brand building and lead generation.</li><li>Leverage analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and conversion from social media activities.</li></ul>Digital Marketing (40%)<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and remarketing campaigns.</li><li>Work on Meta Platform - Trouble shooting / resolving issues / generate huge spontaneous leads with ROI driver preview.
