We are seeking a competent Maintenance Technician for our Multi-Unit Luxury Residential facilities. You will ensure the smooth running of upkeep or repairs onsite. An excellent Maintenance Technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They should have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc. The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in good and safe working conditions and that residents are satisfied with our service. We lead by example and recognize outstanding performance by promoting from within.ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for performing all aspect of apartment &quot;make-ready&quot;; promptly respond to service requests and work-orders; perform trouble shooting and repairs on HVAC equipment; repair major appliances and perform minor drywall and plumbing repairs.
