Position Overview/Description:</b></h1><p>
The Business Development Manager &ldquo;BDM&rdquo; is responsible for the development of opportunities and driving business within the defined territory. The BDM will explore market potential and identify customer base to promote environmental business opportunities related to essential lines of business. The BDM will also develop and maintain strong customer relationships.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Duties/Responsibilities:</b></h1><ul><li>
Develop, close and maintain business opportunities</li><li>
Prepare customer proposals</li><li>
Provide &ldquo;best in class&rdquo; customer service</li><li>
Generate new leads and convert into customers</li><li>
Meets or exceeds all sales expectations and budgets</li><li>
Seek and attend organizations that will help to promote sales initiatives</li><li>
Review and understand bid specifications and requirements</li><li>
Communicate activities and initiatives through verbal and written reporting</li><li>
Conducts all business engagements ensuring that Environmental Health &amp; Safety is the paramount priority by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe and professional manner</li><li>
Yearly bonus of up to 37% of the annual base salary.</li><li>

Other Requirements:</b></h1><ul><li>
Valid Driver's License</li><li>
Travel as required to meet business sales expectations.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
