This isn&rsquo;t about making things look good. It&rsquo;s about making them feel human.You will:<ul><li>Lead and execute the full UX lifecycle &mdash; from discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity design and usability testing.</li><li>Design elegant, intuitive, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs.</li><li>Translate complex requirements into simple, user-centered solutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative experiences.</li><li>Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across products.</li><li>Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.</li><li>Ensure seamless handoff to developers by creating clear documentation, assets, and occasional front-end support (basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred).</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.</li></ul>Who You Are (Really):<ul><li>A studio.
