Grayce Bridal &amp; Formal is a multi-location bridal &amp; formal attire store that specializes in exemplary customer Experiences. Our sister brand, Grayce Leadership Solutions is a leadership &amp; business coaching company led by our founder. We are seeking a multi-talented and multi-passionate professional to lead all marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and driven, able to work independently and lead a team with clarity, care, and passion. An interest in the fashion industry as well as leadership development would be key to establishing the perfect fit.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and develop the marketing strategy across all Grayce brands, tailoring approaches for bridal/formal retail and leadership consulting.</li><li>Manage and mentor a small team including a Marketing Specialist, In-Store Content Creators, and Google Ads Specialist.</li><li>Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social, web, SEO, PPC, etc.).</li><li>Maintain brand voice and visual standards across all channels and customer touchpoints.</li><li>Generate new ideas &amp; initiatives to grow traffic</li><li>Plan and manage content calendars, promotions, launch campaigns, and events.</li><li>Analyze marketing performance data and provide regular reporting to leadership.</li><li>Collaborate closely with store leadership teams to support in-store traffic, events, and community engagement.</li><li>Support content creation, including photo/video shoots, blog posts, and branded storytelling.</li><li>Represent the brand publicly when needed &mdash; at events, partnerships, or networking opportunities.</li><li>Maintain &amp;/or redesign website on Squarespace platform.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>At least 2 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven ability to lead a small team and manage external marketing partners.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing.</li><li>Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).</li><li>Passion for the fashion/bridal industry and alignment with Grayce&rsquo;s brand values.</li><li>High-level organization, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with strong execution and follow-through.</li><li>Elevated eye for design &amp; branding.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must live within 30 miles of Chattanooga, TN or Bangor, ME.</li><li>Ability to work in a shared office space located in our Chattanooga or Bangor store, with the option to work remotely 1 day per week once training is completed.</li><li>Availability to travel to all stores for photo shoots, content creation, team events, and strategic planning.</li><li>Willingness to travel to leadership team retreats or industry events for 2-4 days, 2-5 times per year.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A mission-driven, woman-owned and women-led company with heart and high standards</li><li>Creative freedom to help shape and grow multiple brands</li><li>Opportunities for personal and professional development</li><li>Collaborative, passionate team culture</li><li>Flexible hybrid work schedule</li><li>Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, PTO &amp; sick time, and vested paid maternity leave.</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your application on our website: http://graycebridal.com/careers as well as send resume, cover letter, and any relevant portfolio samples via email to careers (at) graycebridal (dot) com.
