Administrative Assistant &ndash; M-F, 8am-5pm preferred. Seeking applicants to fill the full time position of Administrative Assistant in a local, well established, Construction Company. This person shall be dependable, organized, be able to multi-task, have a professional appearance with good customer services skills, and be able to handle a multi-line phone system. Experience in construction administration is a plus. Must have excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel. Benefits include insurances, vacation, 401K and paid Holidays. Must pass drug and background checks.Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Perform data entry and update various databases - Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events - Order office supplies and maintain inventory - Handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerExperience: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
