Great Day Improvements - </b><b>Payroll Analyst</b><b> (Hybrid - Twinsburg, OH)</b></div><div></div><div><br>
As the Payroll Processing Analyst, you will oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Pay Range:</b> $60,000 - $70,000 per year</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Location:</b> Twinsburg, OH (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee&rsquo;s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave &amp; holidays, deductions &amp; withholding, garnishments, address changes, &amp; other info.</li><li>
Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.</li><li>
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.</li><li>
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.</li><li>
Issues, or reissues, direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge.</li><li>
Registers, audits, and complies with federal and state taxes.
</li><li>Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.</li><li>
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.</li><li>
Ensures proper facilitation, inputting, and recording of all HR related data into relevant systems.</li><li>
Provides full-service administrative support on various HR projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, etc.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.</li><li>
Three to five years of related experience required.</li><li>
Previous experience using ADP or a similar HRIS.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:</b></div><br>

Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>
Proficient with payroll software.

Payroll Analyst

<div>Overview:
<div><b>
UP TO $19 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS + VACATION + BONUSES (IN OFFICE POSITION- NO REMOTE)</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Customer Advocate (CA) is the facilitator between Great Day Improvements, LLC (GDI) customers and the company. This position will be cross trained in various office roles for PTO coverage as well. The CA will be empowered to provide customers with assistance in all areas of the project.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
1. Execution of the &ldquo;JUMP&rdquo; program to ensure customer communication is maintained throughout the project<br>
2. Main point of contact for the customer in handling a question or problem<br>
3. Keep the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress on the project<br>
4. Facilitate customer resolutions by bringing together the appropriate GDI personnel<br>
5. Maintain Customer Call Log</div><div>
6. Other duties may be assigned</div>
Qualifications:
<div>
Applicant must have a minimum of two years&rsquo; experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or other applicable service related industries. Good problem-solving skills are required. Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently in our IT systems; experience with Excel a plus. Must be well organized and have the ability to think on your feet. Must be proactive in your approach to managing customer interactions, customer expectations, and be able to work within the organization to provide the customer win-win solutions. Lastly, the CA must have great business sense and judgement.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:</b><br>
1. Customer resolutions within 24 hours or less<br>
2. JUMP program executed 100%<br>
3. Net score 90% or better in communication on customer service survey<br>

CUSTOMER PROCESSING SPECIALIST

<div>Overview:

UP TO $24 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS, VACATION &amp; 401K</b></div><div><b>
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BACKGROUND (NO EXCEPTIONS)</b></div><div><b>
MUST BE ABLE TO READ &amp; TAKEOFF MATERIALS FROM BLUEPRINTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)</b></div><div><b>
WE SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL SUNROOMS &amp; SCREEN ROOMS. EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PRODUCTS IS PREFERRED</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The <b>Measure/Breakout/Order</b> performs the measuring, breakout, and ordering for installation by going to customer&rsquo;s homes and reviewing the job as outlined by the salesperson. Will actually measure the job and check for potential installation problems. The jobs will be broken out on the computer to prepare it for ordering.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
1. Maintain branch production timelines within job duties<br>
2. Check jobs for potential installation problems<br>
3. Review concerns with Operations Superintendent and Regional Operations Manager<br>
4. Break out jobs on computer<br>
5. Break out/order all peripheral/non-PE materials and provide list for ordering items prior to scheduled installation<br>
6. Create a list of all materials so that job may be properly staged in the warehouse<br>
7. Review contract with customer<br>
8. Deal positively with the customer and/or employee<br>
9. Prepare/review jobs for CAD, zoning, HOA, and/or permitting as needed</div><div>
10. Permit drop off/pick up as needed<br>
11. Perform service work as needed<br>
12. Work with subcontractors regarding foundation or PE breakout/installation questions</div><div>
13. Other duties may be assigned</div>
Qualifications:
<div>
Three to five years of product experience as an installer and/or carpenter. Must understand all product lines and know how to diagnose and correct service problems. Able to use various power and hand tools. Able to communicate effectively with the customer and employees. Computer knowledge is helpful.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

1. Customer service surveys, top score of 90% or better<br>
2. Project timelines in line with branch production timelines<br>
3. Inventory and material management in accordance with GDI branch forecasts</div><div></div><div><br>
