 at East Arkansas Community College is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cashier/Prep Cook to join our team. This dual role involves providing excellent customer service at the cash register while also assisting in food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills And Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a cashier or food preparation role is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Basic knowledge of food safety practices
 </li>

 Team player with a positive attitude
 </li>

 Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
