Essential Functions:
<div>
We are seeking a passionate and experienced <b>General Dentist</b> to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled dentist with a valid, in-good-standing dental license in the state of practice (DDS or DMD), who has a desire to lead a team through clinical excellence, patient care, and effective business management. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience performing a wide range of dental treatments, including restorative and diagnostic dentistry, and possess a strong drive to contribute to the success and growth of the practice.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments.</div></li><li><div>
Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient practice environment.</div></li><li><div>
Develop treatment plans and provide guidance to patients to help them achieve optimal oral health.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively explain diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to all health and safety protocols.</div></li><li><div>
Manage patient flow to maintain efficiency and patient satisfaction.</div></li><li><div>
Stay current with the latest dental technologies and treatment techniques.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in the development of business strategies and goals to promote practice growth and profitability.</div></li><li><div>
Foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment for all team members.</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:

Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.</div></li><li>
Active DEA</li><li><div>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.</div></li><li>
Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified</li><li><div>
Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice&rsquo;s growth and success.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.</div></li><li><div>

Pay Range: USD $150,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.</div>
