As an RN at Green Acres Nursing and Rehab, you will be a vital part of our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Monitoring resident health and documenting vital signs, symptoms, and care outcomes
</li>
<li>Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
</li>
<li>Supporting residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort
</li>
<li>Collaborating with CNAs, fellow RNs, LPNs, physicians, and family members
</li>
<li>Ensuring a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
</li>
<li>Participating in shift reports and care plan updates
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or a compact state
</li>
<li>Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
</li>
