<ul><li>Process improvement, cost reduction, and optimization opportunities.</li>
<li>Chemical trials designed to increase quality and productivity.</li>
<li>Equipment start-up and optimization.</li>
<li>Statistical analysis of the finished product properties.</li>
<li>Involvement with customers regarding special trials or quality issues.</li></ul><div><br>
