Scope:
The Data Processor is responsible for ensuring all information processed by the bank is accurate and relayed to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Accountabilities:
The Data Processor will:<ul><li>Process unposted items, reports, notices and any returns.</li><li>Receive and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.</li><li>Receive, process and maintenance ACH files.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service both in person, electronically, and over the phone.</li><li>Research internal and external account inquiries.</li><li>Review file maintenance ensuring all information in the system is correct on a daily basis.</li><li>Process stop payments and closed accounts daily.</li><li>Process garnishment and levies.</li><li>Complete AVS, SSI and VOD verifications.</li><li>Complete daily balancing of reports and tasks. Review all suspended remote deposit items.</li><li>Oversee dormant accounts by sending letter and follow-up maintenance.</li><li>Print and sort end of month statement cycle.</li><li>Perform first of the month, quarterly, and year end tasks.</li><li>Participate in community activities as needed and any other activities that may arise.</li><li>Perform other duties as requested or assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
Qualifications:
Education:<ul><li>Associates degree in business related area or</li><li>Specific banking industry education</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred</li></ul>
