We want Zobsai.com to be the most user-friendly job platform on the market. As a UI/UX Intern, you won't just make things &quot;look pretty&quot;&mdash;you will design how users interact with our product. You will audit our current website, propose improvements, and design new features that make job searching intuitive and stress-free.What You Will Design<ul><li>User Flows: Map out the journey a user takes from signing up to applying for a job, identifying &quot;friction points&quot; where they might get stuck.</li><li>Visual Updates: Redesign key pages of the Zobsai platform to look modern, trustworthy, and clean.</li><li>Prototyping: Use tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create mockups of new features before they are built.</li><li>User Empathy: Help us understand what users need by looking at feedback and behavior.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Visual Thinker: You have an eye for spacing, typography, and color.</li><li>Tool Proficient: You know your way around Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.</li><li>Detail-Oriented: You notice when a button is misaligned or a font size is inconsistent.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must submit a portfolio link (Behance, Dribbble, or personal site) showing UI/UX case studies or redesigns.</li><li>Passion for creating simple, clean user experiences.</li></ul>Our Offer:<ul><li>A small stipend to support your learning and development and as a token of appreciation for your time with us.</li><li>Internship Certificate</li><li>Expereience Letter - outlining your deliverables and your overall performance (customizable as per your need)</li><li>Reference or recommendation letter if required by any of your future employers</li><li>Possibility to receive a Full-time job role in Delhi-NCR region after your internship (depends on company and project requirement and your performance)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 1-3 monthsPay: ₹2,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
