Job DescriptionGreen Earth Landscapes is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team. This position focuses on maintaining residential and commercial properties and ensuring they look their best year-round.We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to grow with our company.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing</li><li>Weed control and general property clean-ups</li><li>Pruning shrubs, hedges, and small trees</li><li>Leaf removal and seasonal maintenance</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment</li><li>Work efficiently with crew members to complete daily routes</li><li>Serve as a key point of communication between homeowners, property managers, and the team to ensure expectations are clearly understood and services are completed efficiently and to a high standard</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred (not required)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs</li><li>Reliable transportation and punctuality</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
