Green Earth Montessori Nature School, a dynamic early learning program in Helena, MT is seeking a Nature Guide for children ages 2-4.This flexible position is open to individuals with an interest or background in teaching &amp; exploring outside in nature!!We are looking for an educator to join our teaching team who is:<ul><li>compassionate &amp; caring</li><li>confident with both a leadership &amp; a teammate role</li><li>inspired and passionate about Nature</li><li>excited about getting children outdoors</li></ul>Other skills and experience required for this position include:<ul><li>curriculum and project planning</li><li>ability to work well with a team of other early childhood educators</li><li>sense of humor &amp; ability to adapt to changes</li><li>willingness to work &amp; explore with children outside</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Flexible schedule : 20-30 hours per week</li><li>Start date: October 2025</li><li>Wage: Starting wage $18/hr D.O.E., with a raise to be determined after completing a training period and performance evaluation.</li><li>annual staff retreats &amp; on-going wage increases</li></ul>Education and Experience: -Early childhood education, 2 years experience working in: childcare, preschool, public education, art-based or environmental positions -Leadership qualities &amp; experience -Ability to work well with a team -Understanding of: Forest School, Montessori, Nature Education, Waldorf or Reggio Emilia -Lesson and project planningPlease email a resume and cover letter or call for more informationJob Type: Part-timePay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Helena, MT 59601 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Helena, MT 59601: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
