Job Title: Outdoor Sales OfficerLocation: Sharjah, UAE Company: Green Globe Plastic Industries LLCJob Summary: Green Globe Plastic Industries LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of products, including brooms, PET straps, and cleaning items, across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outdoor sales visits to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and trading companiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE marketPromote company products and explain features, pricing, and benefits to customersAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat businessCollect market feedback, monitor competitors, and report to managementCoordinate with the warehouse and accounts team for smooth order processing and payment follow-upRequirements:Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (preferably in FMCG, plastic products, or cleaning items)Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)Good communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of UAE market, especially Sharjah/Dubai regionAbility to work independently and achieve targetsSalary &amp; Benefits:Competitive salary + commission based on performanceCompany support for fuel/transport (if applicable)Visa as per UAE labor lawJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
