You must have minimum 3 years working experience with Dubai Real Estate Development Company.Role Details &ndash; Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing Escrow accounts, investor funds allocation / reconciliation of payment plan etc.</li><li>Proficient user of DLD portal Naqoodi, Oqood and TAS.</li><li>Ensure TAS (Trust Accounting system) is updated regularly and periodic reconciliation is conducted with the bank balances.</li><li>Ensure Escrow Account management in compliance with RERA regulation and periodic RERA audit.</li><li>Excellent knowledge about the rules and regulations relating to ESCROW Account.</li><li>Must be familiar with all activities related to the sale/purchase of properties (issuing SPA, payment plan etc).</li></ul>Skills Required&middot; Good Knowledge of MS Excel and EMPS.&middot; Excellent working experience in AP/AR, managing all accounting transactions.Minimum Qualifications / Education&middot; ACCA or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in AccountingMinimum Experience&middot; 3 years&rsquo; Experience in Accounting roleWorking hours&middot; 9AM &ndash; 6.30PM Monday to FridayLocation&middot; Marina Plaza, Dubai MarinaLanguage Requirement&middot; Fluent EnglishPreferred Age: 27 Yrs to 30 YrsCompany website: GreenGroup.AeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting of Real Estate Developer in UAE.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Accounting Experience with a Dubai Real Estate Developer ?
