We focus on delivering accurate, ethical, and result-driven services.Position OverviewWe are looking for an active, efficient, and self-motivated Online Sales Administrator who can handle client communication and assist with basic immigration case processing. This role is ideal for someone who is quick to respond, organized, and eager to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Client Handling<ul><li>Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media</li><li>Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into clients</li><li>Schedule consultations and maintain regular communication</li><li>Manage and update leads in CRM or internal systems</li></ul>Immigration Case Support<ul><li>Collect and verify client documents</li><li>Assist in filling immigration forms (IRCC / PNP applications)</li><li>Organize and prepare application files for submission</li><li>Maintain proper records and track application progress</li><li>Coordinate with consultants for updates and next steps</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Maintain accurate client data and files</li><li>Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion</li><li>Support team with coordination and daily operations</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Active and quick responder (very important)</li><li>Efficient and organized with strong multitasking ability</li><li>Good communication skills (English required)</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup</li></ul>Training &amp; Support<ul><li>Full training will be provided on:</li><li>Immigration processes and documentation</li><li>Client handling and sales approach</li><li>CRM and internal systems</li><li>Continuous guidance and support from experienced team</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work from home flexibility</li><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Growth opportunity in immigration industry</li><li>Practical experience in real immigration case processing</li></ul>Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>French (Preferred)</li><li>Urdu (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
