Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our agency. The right person will assist in various activities, within our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent computer skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a professional setting while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact with our clients</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records</li><li>Utilize various computer programs</li><li>Be able to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>Attend meetings and trainings as needed, become knowledgeable of contracts and programs that are offered within our agency</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Experience using multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette</li><li>Knowledge of office management practices such as filing systems, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
