*Hiring: Admin Assistant / Admin Officer*We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multitasking Admin Assistant to support office operations, project coordination, and documentation.*Key Responsibilities*- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and scopes of work- ⁠Assist in tender documentation and submissions- ⁠Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents- ⁠Maintain proper filing system (digital &amp; physical)- ⁠Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence- ⁠Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and clients- ⁠Support invoicing, LPOs, and basic finance tasks- ⁠Follow up on pending tasks and project updates- ⁠Maintain and update company records and databases- ⁠Track project progress and update internal reports- ⁠Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and official letters- ⁠Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments- ⁠Support procurement and material tracking- ⁠Assist in basic digital marketing and social media updates- ⁠Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations*Requirements*- Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration or related field- ⁠Minimum 2+ years of experience in admin/office role- ⁠Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- ⁠Knowledge of BOQs, quotations, and tendering preferred- ⁠Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)- ⁠Ability to multitask and work under pressureJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Administrative : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
