About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Solar Project Manager to lead large-scale solar energy projects from inception to commissioning. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing utility-scale solar PV projects (50 MW+) and possess a deep understanding of the technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of renewable energy development.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end project execution of utility-scale solar power plants (50 MW+).</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Interface with clients, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.</li><li>Monitor and report on project performance, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Support business development by providing technical insights and client support.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing solar projects of 100 MW or above .</li><li>Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, site execution, permitting, and interconnection processes .</li><li>Familiarity with PV system design tools (e.g., PVSyst) and project management software.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to travel to project sites as required.</li><li>Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus.</li></ul>Join Us in Powering a Sustainable Future!Ready to make an impact?  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects from planning and engineering to construction, commissioning, and handover
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
 
 
 &bull; Review and approve design packages, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and vendor submittals
 
 
 &bull; Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, HSE standards, and quality requirements
 
 
 &bull; Plan project timelines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when needed
 
 
 &bull; Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, utilities, and regulatory authorities for approvals and coordination
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance reviews
 
 
 &bull; Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations
 
 
 &bull; Support procurement and vendor selection through technical evaluations and cost analysis

 Qualifications and Experience
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale solar PV projects (50 MW+)
 
 
 &bull; Strong technical understanding of PV system design, LV/MV electrical infrastructure, and civil interfaces
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with design and simulation tools such as AutoCAD and PVSyst
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
 
 
 &bull; Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams
 
 
 &bull; Professional certifications such as PMP or Solar PV Installer are advantageous
 
 
 &bull; Willingness to move to project sites as required

General Accountant

Key Responsibilities: - Perform cable termination for LV, DC, and communication cables in panels, junction boxes, and inverters.- Install and secure cable trays, trunking, and conduits as per project layout and electrical drawings.- Execute conduit installation (PVC/GI/EMT) for surface and embedded wiring.- Interpret and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and site layouts.- Carry out DC cable routing, connection, and testing for solar PV systems.- Install and crimp MC4 connectors and other solar PV-specific components.- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and polarity testing of installed cables.- Coordinate with site engineers to ensure installations align with project specifications and timelines.- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local electrical regulations and company HSE policies.- Identify and report installation issues or material shortages to the site supervisor.- Maintain tools and work area in a safe and organized condition.Requirements:- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical field.- 3&ndash;5 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in solar or construction projects.- Familiarity with solar PV systems, DC cabling, and MC4 connectors.- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.- Knowledge of cable testing tools and procedures.- Good understanding of electrical safety and PPE usage.- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor and rooftop environments.Job Type: Full-time
