 Healthcare organization is seeking an HR Generalist on a contract basis. Contract role to start with the potential to go permanent. Must have 3+ years of well-rounded HR experience including reporting, proficiency in excel and Workday. Workday experience is required to be considered.
 
 
 
 
 
 Pay rate: $32 - $38/hr (depending on experience)
 
 
 Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days/week onsite
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support payroll activities, including data entry and resolving discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with immigration processes, including documentation and compliance tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in performance management and compensation reviews, providing insights and recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources or related field required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of HR experience; 5 years preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HR systems, specifically Workday, is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of benefits administration, time and absence management, and onboarding processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze employee data and provide actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
 </li>

 Experience supporting both ground-up and TI construction projects

Assistant Project Manager

 International law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a high-level executive. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience including c-suite support. Law firm experience is required.
 
 
 
 
 
 Onsite Monday - Friday
 
 
 Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
 
 
 Salary range: 90k - 110k base plus OT + bonus eligible
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling.

 Prepare and process expense reports, including reconciliation of credit card transactions.
 </li>

 Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.

 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.

 Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a law firm.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

 </li>
