<div><div><div><b><i>Primary Responsibilities</i></b>:<ul><li>
Independently advises customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis;</li><li>
Correctly label cannabis products when asked of assistance from the retail vault</li><li>
Educate customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products;</li><li>
Check customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age;</li><li>
Process customers' payments using the dispensary / retail's POS system;</li><li>
Keep abreast of new additions to our cannabis product line as well as the latest industry trends through training and research;</li><li>
Ensure the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times;</li><li>
Take inventory of cannabis products and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
</li><li>Will have periodical dispensary cleaning duties included but not limited to break rooms, bathrooms, sweeping etc.
</li><li>May participate in closing activities for the inventory vault area</li><li>
Ability to review and follow company SOPs which are based on the CCC Regulations for the State of Massachusetts</li><li>
Engaging and supporting GMF&rsquo;s marketing initiatives</li></ul></div></div><br>

<b>
Minimum Experience:
</b><ul><li>1+ years of customer facing experience in the Retail or Hospitality Industries.</li><li>
Comfortable working with computers, preferably retail POS systems.
</li><li>Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and the natural function of the endocannabinoid system in the human body.
</li></ul><br>
<b>Preferred Experience:
</b><ul><li>Ability to speak more than one language (preferably Spanish).
</li><li>Foundational understanding of sales and upselling of products</li></ul><b>

Excellent communication &amp; organizational skills
</li><li>Strong analytical and technology skills.
</li><li>Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences.</li></ul><ul><li>

<li>Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds

<li>Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.</li></div></div><br>

Hours &amp; Conditions</div><div> Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands.

Must obtain a State Agent Card.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
