CURRENTLY HIRING: <ul><li>SERVERS</li></ul>SERVERServers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest, with friendly and responsive service.SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Welcomes customers when they arrive at a restaurant</li><li>Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing</li><li>Takes customers' orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket, entering them into POSI</li><li>Prepares non-alcoholic drinks and serves them to customers</li><li>Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables</li><li>Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information</li><li>Communicate guest requests or complaints</li><li>Answer, report and follow MOD instructions</li><li>Ability to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining a positive attitude</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers</li><li>Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work</li><li>Complete tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner</li></ul>SERVER QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>At least 1-3 years&rsquo; experience as a server is preferred</li><li>Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge is preferred, but willing to teach</li><li>POS experience is preferred, but willing to teach</li></ul>All employees will be required to uphold our standards for health and safety. This will be discussed during orientation if hired.Restaurant experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.
