The Role</h2>
Enjoy an independent work environment, fresh air, and regular exercise while improving the lives of pets. This is a full-time position requiring 6&ndash;8 hours of availability between 9 AM &ndash; 5 PM, Monday&ndash;Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. We require a minimum one-year commitment.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Animal Intuition: Comfortable handling various breeds and sizes; prior pet care experience (professional or volunteer) is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Reliability: Strong time-management skills and a track record of dependability.</li><li>
Communication: Excellent customer service skills for interacting with pet parents.</li><li>
Chicago-Tough: Able to navigate the city safely and work through all four seasons (rain, snow, or shine!).</li><li>
Clearance: Must pass a criminal background check.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
