We are looking for a highly organized, multi-skilled professional who can handle accounts, operations, and daily business coordination across our cafe and fitout operations. Should have excellent communication email drafting skills in English.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage accounting, bookkeeping &amp; VAT filing</li><li>Handle payroll, staff attendance, leave &amp; salary processing</li><li>Manage contractors, hiring &amp; workforce coordination</li><li>Track customer payments, collections &amp; follow-ups</li><li>Handle hotel/cafe sales data entry &amp; daily reports</li><li>Maintain and update Excel sheets &amp; MIS reports</li><li>Manage emails, client communication &amp; scheduling</li><li>Support CEO with daily tasks &amp; coordination</li><li>Assist in project management &amp; site coordination</li><li>Visit sites when required</li><li>Run the daily operation if cafe.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Excel (very important), Word, Google sheet, </li><li>Experience in data entry, reporting &amp; payment tracking, CRM, Tally</li><li>Basic knowledge of Photoshop &amp; Canva</li><li>Good understanding of UAE accounting &amp; VAT and filling</li><li>Strong communication &amp; follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task &amp; manage pressure</li></ul>Added Advantage:<ul><li>Interest or experience in photography / content creation</li><li>Experience in cafe / restaurant / hotel operations</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Smart, proactive &amp; detail-oriented</li><li>Strong ownership mindset</li><li>Able to manage both office + operational responsibilities</li><li>Willing to relocate to Ajman and report to cafe daily</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthExpected hours: No more than 72 per weekWork Location: In person
