Green Scapes Landscape Construction, based in Lititz, PA, is a trusted leader in landscape construction and maintenance. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our crews on high-quality residential and commercial projects. If you&rsquo;re a hands-on leader with a passion for building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we want you on our team.<br>
</div><div><b>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Lead and supervise a crew on landscape installation and maintenance projects.</li><li>
Manage daily tasks including planting, sod/seed installation, pruning, mulching, mowing, hardscaping, excavation and seasonal cleanups.</li><li>
Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects.</li><li>
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to Green Scapes&rsquo; standards of quality.</li><li>
Operate and maintain landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini excavators etc.).</li><li>
Train, motivate, and evaluate crew members.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.</li><li>
Maintain safe and organized job sites.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
2+ years of experience as a landscape foreman or crew leader.</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of landscape practices, plants, and equipment.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus).</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret site plans and work orders.</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.</li></ul><div><br>
