About the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted, performance-focused strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights to ensure maximum ROI.</li><li>Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve performance.</li><li>Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels to optimize CPL and CPA.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.</li><li>Track and report on key KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.</li><li>Implement effective retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions.</li><li>Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C/B2B digital environments.</li><li>Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition through paid channels.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis.</li><li>Basic understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with email marketing/automation platforms like Mailchimp, MoEngage, or HubSpot.</li><li>Exposure to SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer campaigns.</li><li>Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
