Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through precise mowing, trimming, and landscape care. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential, commercial, or public properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your landscaping skills, and contribute to the transformation of outdoor environments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently and safely</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and weed control to ensure healthy growth and attractive appearance</li><li>Use power tools and machinery like excavators for larger landscaping projects or site preparation when necessary</li><li>Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls by performing repairs or cleaning as needed</li><li>Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic arborist tasks to promote tree health and safety</li><li>Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes</li><li>Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care equipment and power tools</li><li>Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices</li><li>Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree trimming</li><li>Ability to use hand tools effectively for various outdoor projects</li><li>Experience with excavators or construction equipment is a plus but not required</li><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems and snow plowing procedures is desirable</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep and maintenance</li></ul>Join our team if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
