Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and update all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) regularly.</li><li>Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy.</li><li>Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly.</li><li>Support campaign planning and execution for events, launches, and awareness initiatives.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.</li><li>Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and content support.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Desirable Attributes:<ul><li>Passion for storytelling and digital engagement.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and community management.</li><li>Interest in [specific sector, e.g., environmental causes, tech, education].</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
