We are seeking a detail-oriented, mid-level <i>Office Support Specialist</i> to join our team in Durham, NC. In this role, you will anchor our day-to-day office operations, providing dependable administrative assistance to our leadership, logistics, and operations teams. <b>A key component of this role includes supporting our logistics workflow by actively tracking, scheduling, and entering expenses related to fleet management.</b></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h4><ul><li><p><b>
OperationalFleet Support:</b> Provide seamless administrative assistance to managers and operations staff. <b>Actively track vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate fleet logistics, and manage data entry and tracking for all fleet-related expenses.</b></p></li><li><b>
DocumentationReporting:</b> Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, assist with general invoicing, and handle accurate, timely data entry.</li><li><p><b>
Records Management:</b> Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for general operations and fleet compliance.</p></li><li><p><b>
Workflow Optimization:</b> Follow and help refine established office procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.</p></li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h4><ul><li><p><b>
Experience:</b> Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience in a professional setting.</p></li><li><p><b>
Technical Skills:</b> Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), with strong data entry accuracy.</p></li><li><p><b>
Core Competencies:</b> Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.</p></li><li><p><b>
