 This role will be based in our Riyadh office, on an in-office basis of five days a week (Sunday &ndash; Thursday). This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
 
 
 
 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Marketing and Business Development Manager will support a variety or marketing and business development initiatives focused on elevating the firm&rsquo;s brand within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing &amp; Business Development Manager and Director of Marketing &amp; Client Management as an integral part of the firm&rsquo;s marketing and business development team.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develops relationships with attorneys to serve as point of contact for day-today requests and marketing and business development needs and understands the market, office initiatives and representations of key clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategizes with shareholders on responses to RFPs and proposals including analyzing market research and analysis on prospect companies and business sectors, in coordination with practice and office professionals. Drafts responses, coordinates research, and prepares presentations as necessary, managing the full cycle of the RFP process
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain database and other lists of panel appointments and related government RFP portals
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates responses to marketing surveys, directories, and local and national nominations
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with events and practice professionals to plan, organize and host client events including the preparation of conference/webinar materials. Manages all aspects of events including concept and agenda development with attorneys, invitation, coordination with venue, among other event duties. Evaluates return on investment before and after each event and closely manage budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports attorney on-boarding and integration
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares welcome materials for new attorneys. Including working with lateral shareholders to help integrate them, including helping them prioritize which attorneys to meet internally
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates the flow of information from attorneys to marketing professionals
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with Senior Marketing &amp; Business Development Manager to ensure content on website, biographies and other marketing systems is current and updated as appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with individual shareholders and practice group leaders to develop, implement, and support business plans that align with the practice and firm strategic goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists with and manages a variety of short and long-term projects and attorney requests

 The Graphic Designer will be responsible for a broad range of creative services support primarily serving the Middle East and Asia offices. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills (including an ability to prioritize), and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, are essential. This candidate must be a self-starter who is flexible, collaborative, resourceful, and focused and must possess a strong client service orientation and an ability to develop relationships within the firm.

 Works on a wide variety of regional specific design requests, which can include advertisements, print and digital collateral, social media, infographics, e-mail marketing, presentations and pitch decks in addition to supporting global requests

 Works in coordination and communication with U.S. and European -based Creative Services professionals, ensuring brand standards are being met across regions
