Major Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the assigned supervisor.</li><li>
Coordinate work within the department and with other departments, responding to inquiries and requests for information.</li><li>
Provide courteous, tactful, and friendly interactions while handling complaints, inquiries, and questions.</li><li>
Read and handle correspondence and memos, responding to routine matters or directing them to the appropriate parties.</li><li>
Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings.</li><li>
Assist with preliminary work on various projects.</li><li>
Manage inter-office and U.S. mail, including preparation and distribution of bulk mailings.</li><li>
Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems.</li><li>
Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary.</li><li>
Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor approval before submitting to the payroll department.</li><li>
Enter missed punches for staff and agency employees and reconcile hours daily.</li><li>
Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences.</li><li>
Contribute innovative ideas to improve systems and processes, achieving superior results.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).</li><li>
Preferably two (2) years of college education with an emphasis in business or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality service.</li></ul>
