Resident Focused &ndash; Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.
<ul><li>You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.</li>
<li>Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
<ul><li>Licensed as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana &amp; maintain license required</li>
<li>Experience in a geriatric setting preferred</li>
<li>Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus</li>
</ul>
Schedule: 
Full-time Night Shifts (6:30PM-7:00AM) 
$1.50 additional per hour for second or third shift. 
Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour
