What You'll Do
As a Waitstaff team member, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience by:
<ul><li>Greeting and serving residents with kindness and professionalism</li>
<li>Taking food and beverage orders accurately</li>
<li>Delivering meals promptly and efficiently</li>
<li>Setting and clearing dining tables</li>
<li>Keeping dining areas clean and inviting</li>
<li>Working closely with teammates to provide excellent service</li>
<li>Helping residents feel welcomed, valued, and cared for every day</li>
</ul>

Waitstaff - Mission-Driven Senior Living

 Schedule: M-F 4:15 pm to 12:15 am
 
 
 
 
 Pay Range: $14.44 - $18.45 depending on experience
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Patrol campus buildings and grounds (on foot and by vehicle) to ensure safety and security.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lock and unlock facility doors according to the security schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to emergencies and direct emergency services as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide escort services for staff at shift changes or after-hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor parking and assist with large events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write security reports and document observations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with after-hours maintenance calls, supply deliveries, and inter-campus mail.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with a clean record (no violations in the past 3 years).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stay alert, think quickly, and respond to emergency situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and customer service skills.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical Requirements

 Active role with walking, standing, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to respond quickly and clearly in various situations.
