<p><b>As a Senior Integration Developer, you will&hellip;</b></p><ul><li>
Design, build and maintain high-quality integration (API) solutions to support business and customer needs</li><li>
Develop robust data integration pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, working with diverse data sources (e.g. flat files, XML and third-party systems)</li><li>
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions</li><li>
Support enterprise initiatives through effective data management and integration design</li><li>
Contribute to Agile delivery processes, working within sprint environments to deliver outcomes at pace</li><li>
Take ownership of technical documentation, ensuring clear and effective design and delivery artefacts</li><li>
Mentor and coach junior developers, supporting capability growth across the team</li><li>
Proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities, driving continuous improvement across integration capability</li></ul><p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll bring&hellip;</b></p><ul><li>
Proven experience designing and delivering integration solutions, APIs and data pipelines</li><li>
Strong experience with Azure (including Azure DevOps, pipelines, repos and deployments) or similar cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)</li><li>
Experience working with data integration tools and technologies (e.g. Azure Data Factory; knowledge of IBM tools such as Datastage, Netezza or Cognos is a plus)</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset</li><li>

Senior Integration Engineer

<div><p><b>This is a Full-time position, FTC until the end of October 2027</b></p><p>
Pub Partners is the tenanted, franchise and leased division of Greene King, made up of around 1,000 pubs across England, Scotland and Wales.</p><p>
We are looking for a Commercial Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment process for licensees across our tenanted, franchise and leased pub estate. This is a key coordination and administration role, supporting applicants from their first enquiry through to appointment approval.</p><p>
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and based at Greene King Support Centre in Bury St Edmunds, you will work closely with the Operations Team and Business Development Managers to help deliver a smooth, compliant and well-organised recruitment journey.</p><p>
This role would suit someone who is confident speaking to people over the phone, highly organised, comfortable managing administration and paperwork, and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.</p><p>
As Commercial Recruitment Coordinator, you will:</p><ul><li>
Support and coordinate the licensee recruitment process for tenanted, franchise and leased pub opportunities.</li><li>
Nurture applicants through the journey, from initial contact through to appointment approval.</li><li>
Conduct telephone screenings and initial candidate conversations in a professional and engaging manner.</li><li>
Send and manage key recruitment documents, paperwork and information for potential franchise, leased and tenanted applicants.</li><li>
Process offers and support the completion of required recruitment administration.</li><li>
Coordinate business plans and ensure they are shared with the relevant Business Development Manager.</li><li>
Work closely with the Operations Team to understand recruitment requirements and priorities.</li><li>
Support targeted recruitment activity in line with recruitment plans and business needs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data using CRM and internal systems.</li><li>
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including applicant numbers, active vacancies and pubs currently recruiting.</li><li>
Help ensure the recruitment process is followed in line with statutory legislation, the Pubs Code and internal process requirements.</li><li>
Provide a positive, professional and consistent experience for applicants and stakeholders throughout the process.</li></ul><br>
