 Research and resolve root cause issues from enrollment audits and mismatches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make corrections in cloud-based benefits administration systems to align member data with carrier records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation following workflows, procedures, and compliance protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback and guidance to internal business stakeholders based on audit findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and protect personal and confidential information according to HIPAA standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the main point of contact for resolution throughout the lifecycle.
 </li>

 Support department goals and complete additional projects as assigned.

 General HR Duties

 Support HR Consultant and clients with HR operations including compliance, policy interpretation, performance management, hiring/terminations, compensation, labor relations, and employee development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer benefits: enrollments, terminations, COBRA, open enrollment, and invoice reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide consultative HR support remotely and on-site, building strong client relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research, develop, and implement HR policies, programs, trainings, reports, surveys, and recruitment-related activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee leaves of absence and related workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate HR files, data, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on HR laws, practices, and trends, sharing expertise with colleagues and clients.
 
 
 </li>

 Client Relationship &amp; Account Management

 Collaborate with consultants on client action plans, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

 Position Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience processing full cycle multistate payroll is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 SHRM-CP and/or HRCI-PHR certifications are highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid foundation of HR knowledge &ndash; particularly, understanding of federal, state and local employment laws, regulations, and practices; multistate is ideal; as well as a keen ability to serve as a business partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with general business management functions. Demonstrates ability to work cross-functionally within an organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems and video conferencing technology, specifically Zoom and Microsoft Teams, are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with processing payroll in multiple systems is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates proficiency in project management skills and the ability to manage the moving parts and priorities of multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
