We take pride in our commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence in every project we complete.Position OverviewGreener Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Road Mechanic to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy equipment in the field. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and experienced with construction and landscape equipment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks</li><li>Service and repair equipment including (but not limited to): CAT 308, 349 excavators, 980 loaders, crushers, and screeners</li><li>Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues efficiently</li><li>Perform welding and fabrication on heavy equipment and truck components as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate service records and communicate repairs with management</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards</li><li>Respond to breakdowns in the field in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Keep company service truck organized, stocked, and properly maintained</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic (construction/site/landscape preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics</li><li>Welding and fabrication experience required</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision</li><li>Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Company service truck provided</li><li>Full-time, year-round work</li><li>Opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment and projects</li><li>Supportive team environment with long-term growth potential</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
