We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team! This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations, managing employee records, payroll, and policies while helping to foster a positive, compliant, and organized workplace culture.

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Your Impact as a Human Resource Coordinator</h2>

In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li>Manage Employee Data: Process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems
</li>
<li>Assist with Recruitment: Screen applications and resumes, assess qualifications, and offer hiring recommendations
</li>
<li>Advise on Policies: Support managers and employees with questions related to HR policies and procedures
</li>
<li>Handle Payroll &amp; Records: Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain accurate personnel records
</li>
<li>Support Employment Transactions: Guide decisions on promotions, transfers, reductions-in-force, and classification reviews
</li>
<li>Coordinate Recognition Programs: Oversee employee events and ensure alignment with recognition guidelines
</li>
<li>Maintain Compliance: Monitor personnel files and risk documentation in accordance with federal and state laws
</li>
<li>Perform Administrative Functions: Prepare correspondence, manage data entry, and create HR reports as needed
</li>
<li>Interpret and Enforce Policies: Educate staff on policies, employment law, and workplace procedures
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What Makes You a Great Fit</h2>

We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:
<ul>
<li>Has at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll
</li>
<li>Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills
</li>
<li>Communicates professionally and effectively with all levels of staff
</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters
</li>
<li>Is proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems
</li>
<li>Understands labor law and HR compliance requirements
</li>
<li>Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
</li>
