Job OverviewWe are looking for a BPO Executive who can efficiently handle customer queries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally</li><li>Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information</li><li>Maintain customer records and update system entries</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department</li><li>Provide support through calls, emails, chat (as per process)</li><li>Follow communication guidelines and maintain quality standards</li><li>Meet daily/weekly targets (calls handled, resolutions, CSAT scores, etc.)</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good spoken and written communication (Hindi/English)</li><li>Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office, CRM tools)</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time</li><li>Problem-solving and patience</li><li>Customer-centric attitude</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Graduate Any Stream</li><li>Experience in customer support/BPO preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
